The current investment has appreciated in value from $249861 in week three to a high of $320,523 in week eight. The largest increment has been recorded by alphabet Inc. whose stock price has increased to $1,236 from $854. This large increment is driven by the increasing investment of the company in new technologies and the increasing dominance of the company in the market. Tesla Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores have recorded an equal increase of $22 in their stock prices. Tesla’s increment is driven by the newer technologies in its automobiles while Walmart is driven by its increasing investment in customer service and newer stores
The percentage contribution of the three companies has also changed. My choice of company Tesla contributes 26% of the total investment, which is a drop from 32% in week 8. The total investment is greater than $25,000, which is a great gain on the value of investment
