1.     Review the “Why Email Starts Fights!” video [3:02] on the Real-Time Updates website. What did you learn about why e-mail starts fights and how to avoid them? How will you apply what you learned from the video to other written business communications?
2.     Use Thrill & Bovée’s Web Search provided by your textbook at http://websearch.businesscommunicationnetwork.com/. Find a video that discusses the direct versus indirect communication approach. Write a brief description of the video you found and a summary of what you learned about direct versus indirect communication from the video. How do you determine which approach is the right one for a situation?  Include a link to the video and which search engine you used to find the video
