BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS (BMC): You will write up a two page executive summary of your business model CANVAS. Include Business Value Prepositions and Customer Segments with research and statistical data. Make sure to follow the methods outlined in (Osterwalder and Pigneur, 2010) when completing this assignment. Idea: Create a subscription box company, offering Tea, Coffee and Cut flowers made in Kenya that can be purchased online. A percentage of sales of all boxes will be donated to the communities (TBD) where the products are developed.
