Compare and contrast Pictorialism, Modernism, and Postmodernism, including their similarities and differences, when they occurred, what their primary objectives where, what visual characteristics they embody, and your opinion of each. Also, for each movement, give an example of a photographer whose work would be considered exemplary of that style and include your reasoning for each choice.

2. Compare and contrast these two images. Address style, form, composition, and content, and for each image, name an artist who likely could have made it, including your reasoning for making that choice. Also, be sure to be opinionated, specific to image details and develop context to critical ideas and movements we have studied.

Clear and knowledgeable description of the similarities and differences in both form and content 20%: Personal Opinion.
How you feel about/respond to the photographs, what they are potentially about, why they might have been paired, etc. 20%: Photographer Identification.  Appropriateness of choices, including reasoning for those choices
