Six nurses at Mercris Home Health who have two years of experience will make up my sample and participants. We will be recruiting them via email after learning of their availability from human resources, another partner I work with. For more information on my timeline and participant list, see the attachment.

Participants, in a

The nurses that work at the facility are the main participants in this project. The Director of Nursing, Dr. Long, Preceptor, and Stakeholders are important players in the DNP project since they are most affected by burnout among the nurses working in the home health context. In order for the shareholders to make an informed decision, the project would be explained to them.

b. Ambience

The initiative will be carried out at Mercris Home Health, a company that provides a wide range of in-home healthcare services by dispatching nurses to various parts of the city to provide patient care. Improvements must be done in order to guarantee that the concerns with burnout are addressed, and the objective is to put into practise and assess a mindfulness programme that makes use of a “mindfulness room” constructed specifically for the nurses.
