Students will evaluate important problems relating to the business and management context in this individual assessment work. The task’s objective is to help you understand internal contextual elements that have an impact on businesses and how decisions are made within organizations.

Description
You must conduct research as Masters students in accordance with the requirements of the Australian Quality Framework (AQF). Two particular conditions must be taken into account. Students must demonstrate two things: 1. a body of knowledge that includes an awareness of current advances in their field of study and/or their area of professional practice; and 2. knowledge of research principles and techniques that are relevant to their line of work and/or their line of study.
There are a variety of academic texts, journals, and business media that represent the relevant body of knowledge and recent advances referred to by the AQF that must be read each week for this unit. Students should read and use these texts, journals, and publications in order to show that they can conduct proper research. You are expected to conduct further research as a master’s student by reading extra books, journals, and studies to show that you can conduct independent

You must choose a group that will enable you to demonstrate your comprehension of the ideas and theories covered in topics 1 through 5 of this course. Make sure you can obtain (and properly cite) a sufficient amount of material about the organization you choose because it will also be the focus of study for assessment work 2.

• Using at least 12–16 scholarly sources to show the depth and caliber of your research
