I’m studying for my Health & Medical class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?

Using last week’s 24hr recall for yourself or a friend and print a report on

www.myfitnesspal.com . Total calories, protein, fat and sodium should be included on your report.

Create a profile and Log each food item, including the serving size. Print out the food log and a report based on the log.

Using the 2020 Dietary Guidelines, point out at least 3 eating behaviors that your friend is doing well and/or things for improvement.
