Create a 50-word outline of the first two parts of your learning team’s executive summary for review as part of the emergency management scenario outlining:

• The initial first responders’ response and approach.
• The incident management/establishment including draft ICS Org. Chart.

The summary outline can be in bullet point format and serves as a guide to be reviewed by the course instructor for preparation and feedback towards completion of the final executive summary.
