Your presentation should: detail the external environment conditions for senior management, include your revenue source analysis, and provide recommendations. Employ and include a comparison analysis between your client and other similar nonprofits based on size (# of employees and annual operating budget), scope of mission, and industry (i.e. education, social services, animal welfare, etc.) before developing your recommendations.
Support your presentation with a minimum of five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
