o What is the differential diagnosis (or, more specifically, the most probable diagnosis)? Include an explanation of the etiology (disease mechanism) in your response.

Blood Science HCS206 Case for 2015–16: A 72-year-old man who had been experiencing lethargy, appetite loss, and feverish feelings for several weeks arrived at the hospital with significant pallor and symptoms of both left and right cardiac failure.
