o Describe the observations related to the whole blood count (20%)
o Interpret the biochemical test results What benefit does this provide for making a differential diagnosis? (10%)
o What is the differential diagnosis (or, more specifically, the most probable diagnosis)? Include an explanation of the etiology (disease mechanism) in your response.
o Explain a typical factor that contributes to this nutritional shortfall in developed nations (20%)

o A succinct conclusion (one or two sentences) outlining the key findings.
