The proposal is to apply new methods and technologies to help provide the clean, sustainable, affordable, and reliable electrical energy in CALIFORNIA The proposal will focus on the new design and combination of hydropower for next generation to achieve the maximum value and boost the structure to 10 years for the supply electricity in the community. The proposal implementation would increase the amount of electricity and serve in the high capacity. The proposal is an environmental topic which is about renewable energy and you are going to write about Hydropower. (only focus in CALIFORNIA) 1.
