Dose recommendations:

Although dose must be adjusted according to the results of suitable lab tests, the following dose schedules may be used as guidelines:

Anesthesia
Induction

<55 years: 2-2.5 mg/kg until onnset

>55 years: 1-1.5 mg/kg until onset

Maintenance

<55 years old: 0.1-0.2 mg/kg/min IV >55 years old: 0.05-0.1 mg/kg/min IV

The hospital has infusion equipment capable of control up to 0.01 mL.
