Referendum in UK

I’m trying to learn for my Political Science class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

Millions of people are requesting a second referendum in UK as trade negotiations with EU are not going well. The consequence would be a no deal between UK and EU leading to negative impacts on people and goods entering and exiting UK. Scotland and Northern Ireland may decide to leave UK if no deal is made with EU. However, Brexiters insist that the result of the first referendum should not be canceled as it was a popular decision. They argue that in a democracy, people must accept the consequences of the results. Therefore, Brexiters do not want to hear about a second referendum. Would you recommend that the British government organize another referendum?
