Integration Paper (10 points): Your integration paper will be between 3 single spaced pages and focus on the following questions:

  • Looking through the lens of the Go Adventure Experience, the 5 Stages of Team Development (Bruce Tuckman) and the 5 Dysfunctions of Teams (Lencioni) what are your personal revelations about yourself, and then about the team on which you have been assigned?
  • How would you use Kurt Lewin’s Change Model to solve one perceived challenge you believe your team may have in its ability to perform as a cohesive, high performing team?

This paper is NOT to be written as a freeform ‘stream of consciousness,’ but be lucid, succinct and demonstrate your ability to integrate your personal perspective across dimensions of team theory discussed so far in this course.
