This is a business professional writing assignment. A customer write a complaint about her negative experiences with the company. I am an employee at the customer relationship department and I need to draft a response to her complaint. This assignment is just the analysis of the response. I have attached the requirement of this assignment and the complaints.
I almost completed the assignment (Audience Analysis mm.docx) but I am not confidence with the overall coherence, paragraphing and sentence (e.g., grammar, punctuation). Can you help me to check those things and correct them? Is there anything that I can add on or nee to be change on the analysis?
