Suppose if an individual with genotype pQ/Pq (heterozygous for both loci in the trans arrangement of alleles) is crossed with an individual of genotype PQ/pq (heterozygous for both loci in the cis arrangement of alleles), what proportion of offspring will be homozygous recessive for both loci? (P + Q are 12 m.u. apart)
