The chapter on transformational leadership should be read.
• Dynamic leaders
This choice looks at the qualities that charismatic leaders have and the effects that these qualities have on others around them. As a result, they are more able to understand people’s underlying wants and motives. Chaotic leaders frequently appear to be more emotionally intelligent about circumstances.
Leading transformationally
This article examines the process of influencing change in people, groups, and larger organizations using the transformational theoretical approach. The idea makes a significant contribution to our knowledge of the affective and cognitive mechanisms underlying motivation.
• A review of the transformative strategy
The characteristics of the transformational approach theory are covered in this selection. Despite the heroic image this method may provide leaders, some people don’t think these qualities can be taught. You will consider this strategy’s advantages and disadvantages.

The team leadership model is discussed in the chapter titled “Team Leadership.”
This choice explores the concept of leadership shifting from the leader to the follower as well as the method for achieving objectives. Since many of the team leadership duties have not yet been demonstrated by studies, this idea of team leadership, which has gained popularity recently, has come under scrutiny.
• Team effectiveness and leadership behavior
The functions that are suggested for leaders to develop team effectiveness are introduced in this choice. There are two key tasks for leaders to carry out under this strategy: job completion and team maintenance.
