During the second part of the semester there is the opportunity to
earn extra credit on the final exam. To
earn extra credit, you will interview someone working in an international
business. You will ask the at least
three specific questions that related to our course content:1.
International Competitive Strategy2.
Marketing Internationally3.
Global Operations and Supply Chain
ManagementThe interview may take place in person or via
telephone(or skype), and it should not take more than
thirty minutes. Please type your interview
report on a Word document to be approximately 2 pages double-spaced. Your assignment
should note the following at the top of the page:1.
Your name and class 2.
Date, time, and location of interview3.
At least three specific interview questions asked. Some potential questions are:a.
Question 1: What type of competitive
strategy does your business use? b.
Question 2: What specific product, promotion/brand, and
pricing adjustments are necessary to market your business abroad? c.
Question 3: What role do particular countries have in the
production process in your global supply chain operations? You will be
graded on application of essay to class topics, depth of comparative analysis
between business in the home country and at least one foreign country, essay
structure presenting and connecting ideas, and correct grammatical writing
style. The essay should follow the
following structure to have at least 4 to 5 paragraphs as follows:1. Introduction
