Digital innovation

This assignment is separate from the prior journals you produced. You are required to prepare a report on the following that has been in-depthly examined:
The contact center analysis impressed the chief executive officer and chief information officer. They would like you to investigate the issues more thoroughly by considering how the organization might implement some of your suggestions for digital innovation. They want to know which technologies should be embraced, how they may be incorporated, whether any management or structural adjustments are required, and how to foster digital trust in the community and marketplace. The organization doesn’t have much additional funding, so it’s important to undertake a thorough cost-benefit analysis and identify KPIs to make sure the digital innovation is incorporated effectively.
Reports 1 and 2: Special Instructions
• You must use the link provided on the course website to upload your assessment item as a pdf file.
• You are not obliged to submit the journal’s plagiarism report.
