This is a group assignment and my part is 2,3. you need to use at least two resources to support the answers and you need to find the resources from https://www.library.unlv.edu. We choose KFC as our fast-food restaurant brand. don’t worry about the question number 1,4,5. I just need to do 2,3.

Congratulations! You are the executive team of a restaurant start-up that has been awarded a food and beverage franchise at the Raider’s stadium. You are responsible for choosing a fast-food restaurant brand. This project will guide you through the stages of opening, operating, and expanding your business.

You are at the initial stages of formulating a plan to open your retstaurant. For this assignment, you will:

1) Develop a philosophy and mission statement that must be unique. This section must include:
– Which brand are you choosing and why? (5 points)
– Mission statement.
– Short-term goals and long-term financial, marketing, and HR goals for your property.

2) Assess the internal environment. This section needs to include:
– Number of staff you will need. Specifically, address whether or not you intend to use a temporary staffing agency.
– Work duties for each department
– Management hierarchy
– Worth 5 points

3) Assess the external environment/ This section needs to include:
– Who is your competition?
– Who is your target audience within those attending football games and concerts?
– Worth 5 points

4) Develop a strategic direction for your restaurant. Should you use an Art of War, Service-Profit Chain, or Lean Management approach to this implementation?
– Describe the pros and cons of each of these management styles.
– Select the one style you would use. If you wish to combination of styles, you can do that too. Describe the challenges you might face as well as the benefits.
