Help me study for my Nursing class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.

As we discussed, focus on the annual employee training that nurses need to complete. Think about what should be included every year (i.e., infection control, communication – reporting/documentation, etc.). Create a “protocol” for a facility/agency to follow (maybe you could reach out to a facility for a sample) and include a list of trainings and continuing education topics that will be required to complete. Then work on a staff survey and a client survey. The same survey can be used for pre-training and post-training. Please reach out if you have any questions
