You must submit a formal “management review report” to your chosen organization that includes the areas listed below:
Executive Summary 1.
A brief overview (or excerpt) of your findings, followed by an overall suggestion on how well this organization handles its primary managerial responsibilities and where significant changes might be made, are required.
2. A brief description of this business, including: a. its name, address of its main office, and locations of any subsidiary offices; b. its primary business (services, products);
3. Governability
The following factors should be considered: a. The make-up of its board of directors; b. Committee structures (such as if it has a separate audit committee or remuneration committee); c. Major shareholders or shareholder groups (for instance, Pension Fund Managers); and d. Committee structures.
d. How well-run is its government? Can you recommend any changes?

4. Social duty and ethics
A. Is this a moral business? Is it ethical in society? You must provide evidence for your claims.
a. Has the business ever received negative news coverage that was, whether rightly or wrongly, attributed to ethical or social responsibility issues? If so, were these claims supported by evidence? If not, have you found anything in your investigation that would put this company at danger in terms of ethics or social responsibility? Can you recommend any changes?

Fifth. Globalization
a. How has this company been impacted by globalization? Has the corporation benefited from globalization? How, if so? Why not, if not? What may the business change to maximize the benefits of globalization? [LG5 Unlocking Globalization’s Value]

a. How is this business structured? What is the structure of its management?
b. Does the organization have a dominant culture? What makes this obvious? What kind of corporate culture would you anticipate to find and why, assuming that your study does not make this clear?

10. Report on Written Assignment Grades
