Do not hand in anything other than a typed, finished research paper.  Anything else such as power points, Lists of Signs/Symptoms, flash drives, unstapled loose papers etc. will not be accepted. 

Excessive use of citations on copied work is unacceptable and will result in a 40 point deduction.

 

The paper must be 6 pages and meet the minimum following criteria:

4 pages minimum typed, 1.5 spacing, font size no larger than 12  (10 pts.)

Cover page – must include Title, class, your name and instructor’s name

Reference page – must contain at least 3 references (10 pts.)

Citations must be used throughout the paper (20 pts.)  Over use will result in point deductions.

*4. Explain how it is treated.       Include specifics of treatment  —  which drugs/surgical procedures/therapies/etc. Include prognosis of the disease. (20 pts.)
